We recently carried out our Annual Evaluation exercise. We asked every organisation using our services during 2016/17 what they thought of our support.
The responses have been analysed and the results are now available in a summary highlight report. We were delighted with the extremely positive assessments particularly given the challenging operating environment the sector continues to experience.
Some key messages:
- Over 98% of assessments rated our services during the year as excellent or very good – a small increase on last year.
- 67% of respondents felt we had been very helpful in improving aspects of their financial management and governance arrangements; 32% thought we had been helpful
- The most common word used to describe contact with us this year was again - 'helpful'!
There were few suggestions about what we should change or improve. We have responded to specific comments made. We will take account of the feedback received and use this to inform our work in the coming year.
