WYCAS is committed to delivering high quality support to our service users so they can deliver their own objectives more effectively.
Each year we carry out a survey of every organisation which has used any of our services in the previous twelve months. This is an important measure of how we have performed, what impact we have had and what improvements and developments we need to make.
The survey is carried out in the autumn and we summarise and publish the results early in the new year.
We also summarise our overall performance and activity in individual West Yorkshire districts and produce feedback in a single page ‘snapshot’.
