West Yorkshire Community Accounting Service (WYCAS) is working with Community First Yorkshire to offer this training session.

Who should attend?
This training session is intended for:
Trustees and/or staff of local charities in North Yorkshire with responsibilities for organisational finance planning, recording and reporting.
What will I learn?
What does your organisation need to do to get a good finance system in place?
- Plan – work out the financial plan (budget)
- Record – keep a structured record of transactions
- Report – at year end and during the year
- Procedures – have some ground rules and systems
This half day course will consider these 4 elements, discussing what is recommended and why, plus giving you some templates to go away with.
About the trainer
The training will be delivered by Claire Welling of WYCAS. Claire has been with WYCAS since 2009 and has worked in public finance for over 15 years.
This event is free to organisations in North Yorkshire with an income of up to £5K thanks to funding from North Yorkshire County Council.
There is a high demand for this event. If you fail to attend without giving 7 days cancellation notice you will be invoiced for our standard event rate of £24 (£20 + VAT).
