QuickBooks Quarterly Review Service

We recognise that, as an organisation you have a lot to do to juggle your important front line work and keeping your finances in order. Time is limited, funders and supporters need accurate accounts, and your trustees and directors need to have the information they need to make sound financial decisions.

To help you stay on track, we are pleased to offer a new service to WYCAS QuickBooks Online subscribers.

For an annual fee, we can provide a quarterly check of your QuickBooks Online account, and provide you with a full report, highlighting any issues, and advising on any actions for improvement. This will mean you can:

  • Have confidence that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) recording is correct and accurate
  • Provide reports to your board / management committee meetings that are accurate and a useful management tool.
  • Ensure your year-end reporting process can proceed smoothly; potentially resulting in a lower accountancy fee.
  • Give reassurance to Trustees and staff that the records that you are keeping are in good shape.
  • Identify any additional training needs for staff using QBO
 

This service is offered at a rate of £500.00 (plus vat) per annum. It will be undertaken by our in-house QuickBooks Online specialist, Claire Welling.

I have found the service very useful, and have appreciated the suggestions that have been given to improve how I use QuickBooks Online and my general bookkeeping.
Help with recategorising expenditure, bank reconciliations, checking / identifying debts and credits, getting meaningful QuickBooks reports for the Board.
We are able to identify problems and rectify them before the end of the year, when we have to submit our accounts to be examined.
